Lovely cameo depicting a young woman, hand-carved from shell and set in a vibrant 14k gold setting. Italian made. The cameo measures 22.2mm long by 17mm wide. Cameo with bail measures 29.30mm.  Total weight: 2.2g / 1.4dwt. All measurements are approximate. 

Some faint markings to the back (consult pictures) but overall very good to excellent vintage condition.
