Beautiful filigree diamond and lab grown sapphire plaque ring in 14k white gold.  Detailed design with good finger coverage and stunning details throughout.  Set with approx .25ctw of old mine cut diamonds and custom cut synthetic sapphires.  This item is circa 1925 and in very good condition - newly refurbished.  Stunning details throughout.  Diamonds are estimated as H-I color, VS2-SI1 clarity.
